Our format is very interactive and we encourage everyone to get repetitions to apply the concepts we teach. Both days are 9:30AM-4:30PM with an hour lunch break. This educational workshop is for trainers, coaches, and therapist or someone who just wants to learn how to reach their own goals.
The workshop will begin with a 90-minute Kinstretch class. Kinstretch is defined as a movement enhancement system that develops maximum body control, flexibility and USABLE ranges of motion.

Why are you stretching? How do you know what to stretch? How to program mobility training? How to approach athletes with mobility limitations?
The questions above will all be covered and applications will be demonstrated.
The second day of the workshop will begin with a second Kinstretch class that builds off of the previous class.
Whether we are talking about the general population or elite athletes we will dive into the details of coaching, programming, and communication. We will have break out sessions and an extended Q & A to make sure all questions are answered.
